Bruce Phillips 

   Graduated with a degree in performance from Montclair State University. While attending college as an undergraduate, he started performing as a pianist at hotels on the Jersey Shore. The love of performing continued to grow. Upon completion of a B.A. in music, he began a dual career in Education and performance.

    He has worked as a musical director of many summer theaters including the Surflight Summer Theater in Beach Haven, New Jersey. He has worked as a cabaret pianist/vocalist extensively in the NY area as well as in Paris, France and Buenos Aires, Argentina for the past seven years.

    Bruce Phillips is known as an entertainer who can generate a heightened level of excitement when performing at private events with his own spin on the American Song Book and the Broadway Repertoire. Bruce has also worked as an accompanist for solo performing artists at such venues as Town Hall and Weill Hall at Carnegie.

    Bruce has taught piano privately to students of all ages for many years.

    Most recently Bruce has returned from a successful engagemant at Trois Mailletz in Paris, France and will be returning to Paris in early April for another series of engagements.

   He has an extensive repertoire and will cater to your musical appetite as a performer at your next party.
